固体推进剂药柱缠绕包覆用的树脂性能研究

摘要

为了探究固体推进剂药柱缠绕包覆用的树脂性能参数,采用EP-170环氧树脂、四乙烯戊胺和增韧剂CYH-277构建固体推进剂药柱缠绕包覆用中低温固化环氧树脂体系的试样,对试样的热物理性能、黏度和适用期进行了测试,并结合T700碳纤维制备成纤维增强塑料环形试样,对其力学性能进行了试验考核。结果表明:当温度低于340K时,随着温度的升高,该树脂体系的热传导系数呈增加趋势,比热容增加速率较快,当温度高于340K时,随着温度的升高,该树脂体系的热传导系数开始下降,比热容增加速率变缓;该树脂体系在环境温度25℃条件下的黏度为0.6Pa·s,随着时间增长,黏度呈增加趋势,在10h内该树脂体系的黏度随时间增加趋势较为缓慢,具有良好的工艺性,适用期较长;纤维缠绕输送张力由40N增长到80N,试样的力学性能增加幅值较小,选择40N的纤维缠绕输送张力即可满足推进剂药柱湿法缠绕包覆工艺。

Abstract

In order to explore the performance parameters of the resin used for solid propellant grain winding,the EP-170 epoxy resin,tetraethylenepentamine and toughening agent CTH-277 were used to construct the samples of low temperature curing EP system for solid propellant grain winding.The thermo-physical properties,viscosity and pot life of the samples were measured.The mechanical properties of T700 carbon fiber reinforced plastic ring specimen were tested.The results shown that:when the temperature was below 340K,with the increase of the temperature,the heat conductivity of the resin system increased and the specific heat capacity increased faster.When the temperature was higher than 340K,with the increase of the temperature,the heat conductivity of the resin system began to decline,and the specific heat capacity increased slowly.The viscosity of the resin system was 0.6Pa·s at 25℃,and increased with time.The viscosity of resin system increased slowly with time within 10h,which had good manufacturability and long pot life.And the increase amplitude of mechanical properties of the sample was small when the filament winding conveying tension increased from 40N to 80N,the selection of 40N filament winding conveying tension can meet the wet winding coating process of propellant grain.
