Poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) was compounded with nanometer calcium carbonate (nano-CaCO3) by melt blending.The effects of nano-CaCO3 content on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and melt fluidity of the composites were studied.The results shown that the addition of nano-CaCO3 can improve the tensile properties and Vicat softening temperature of the composites.The tensile strength was the best when the nano-CaCO3 content was 10%,which was 19.14% higher than that of pure PBAT.The composite with 10% nano-CaCO3 was drawn and then printed by FDM at different printing temperature and printing speed.When the printing temperature was 220℃ and the printing speed was 20mm/s,the comprehensive tensile properties of the printed samples were the best.
