摘要

通过添加立方体型的水滑石/蒙脱土复合材料(LM)到聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)中,制得热稳定性优良的聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯复合膜(PBAT/LM)。对LM及复合膜的结构与性能进行了详细研究。结果表明:水滑石与蒙脱土的质量比为2:1时,LM呈现规则的立方形态,粒径分布集中在10~25μm;当LM添加量为3%时,LM立方体可均匀分散在PBAT基质中,同时,PBAT/LM21-3%的热分解温度比原始PBAT提高了20℃,410℃以上基本没有热失重。因此,PBAT/LM复合膜在透明包装薄膜方面具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract

The polyadipate/butylene terephthalate (PBAT/LM) film with high thermostability was prepared by adding cubical hydrotalcite/montmorillonite (LM) composite into the PBAT polymer matrix.The structures and performances of LM and composite PBAT film were investigated in detail.Result shown that the LM composite had regularly cubical morphology with a size range of 10-25 μm as the mass ratio of hydrotalcite and montmorillonite was 2:1.When the addition amount of LM was 3%,the LM cubes can be dispersed uniformly in the PBAT matrix.Furthermore,the thermal decomposable temperature of PBAT/LM21-3% was 20℃ higher than that of the primitive PBAT and no obviously thermal weight loss was observed over 410 ℃.Therefore,the PBAT/LM composite material was a potential option in the application of the transparent packaging film.
