摘要

采用3-异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)和二乙醇胺(DEA)自制含乙氧基硅烷侧链的二元醇(Si-2OH);采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),自制含硅二元醇(Si-2OH);以季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料合成了支链含硅氧烷和脲键的UV固化水性聚氨酯(UV-WPU)。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR对UV-WPU的结构进行表征,采用光学接触角测量仪、紫外分光光度计、热重分析仪等对涂膜的性能进行表征与测试,同时探究Si-2OH添加量对UV-WPU及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,Si-2OH的引入使得水UV-WPU涂膜的疏水性、耐水性、热稳定性、拉伸强度和附着力等性能均有所提高。

Abstract

(3-isocyanatopropyl)triethoxysilane(IPTS) and diethanolamine(DEA) were used to prepare diol with ethoxysilane side groups(Si-2OH).Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbpnate diol(PCDL),dimethylolpropionicacid (DMPA),silicon-containing (Si-2OH),pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) and trimethylolpropane(TMP)were used as the main rawmaterial to synthesize UV-curing waterborne polyurethane(UV-WPU)with siloxane and urea bonds in the side chain.The structure of the UV-WPU was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.Optical contact angle measuring instrument,UV spectrophotometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,etc.were used to characterize and test the performance of the coating film,which explored the effect of the change of Si-2OH addition on the properties of the WPU and its film.The results shown that the introduction of Si-2OH improved the hydrophobicity,water resistance,thermal stability,tensile strength and adhesion of the WPU film.
