木塑复合材料(WPC)由于其绿色环保以及良好的应用性能被广泛使用,但由于阳光、湿度、温度、微生物腐蚀的综合作用导致植物纤维和塑料基质会发生分解、断链、热解等变化,从而造成木塑复合材料老化,导致复合材料表面劣化、褪色以及力学性能下降,严重限制其使用寿命。颜料是木塑复合材料成型过程中重要的助剂之一,对木塑复合材料的综合性能有较大的影响。通过对木塑复合材老化的机理和老化类型进行介绍,重点综述了添加颜料对木塑复合材料耐老化性能的影响情况。
Wood plastic composite (WPC) is widely used because of its green environmental protection and good application performance.However,due to the comprehensive effects of sunlight,humidity,temperature and microbial corrosion,plant fiber and plastic matrix will decompose,chain break,pyrolysis and other changes,which will cause WPC aging,resulting in surface deterioration,discoloration and mechanical properties degradation of the composite and limited its service life.Pigment was one of the important auxiliaries in the molding process of WPC,which had a great influence on the comprehensive properties of WPC.The aging mechanism and types of WPC were introduced,and summarized the effect of pigment on the aging resistance of WPC.
