摘要

角蛋白多存在于动物毛发中,是胱氨酸含量高、结构稳定、具有良好生物性能的可再生资源。介绍了角蛋白的结构性能,综述了为改善角蛋白性能而采用的增塑、交联、接枝共聚、共混改性方法的研究进展,以及角蛋白膜在医学、包装、废水处理等领域的应用,并对未来角蛋白的开发和应用进行了展望。

Abstract

Keratin is a kind of renewable protein with high cystine content,stable structure and appropriate biological performance,which mostly exists in animal hair.Based on the brief introduction of the structure of keratin,the research progress of modification methods of keratin,such as plasticization,crosslinking,graft copolymerization and blending,and the application of keratin film in medicine,packaging and wastewater treatment were reviewed in detail.Finally,the prospects and suggestions for the rational development and application of keratin were put forward.
