摘要

以二苯基硅二醇和六甲基二硅氧烷为原料,合成六甲基二苯基三硅氧烷,确定最佳反应条件,以强酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂,用量为总质量的10%,反应温度为70℃,原料配比n(六甲基二硅氧烷)∶n(二苯基硅二醇)=1.1,以甲基环己烷为溶剂,用量为二苯基硅二醇和六甲基二硅氧烷总质量的50%,反应时间为120min。

Abstract

Hexamethyldiphenyl trisiloxane was synthesized by diphenyl silicon glycol and hexamethyldisiloxane.The optimum reaction conditions were determined: using strongly acidic cationic resin as catalyst,the amount of catalyst was 10% of the total mass,the reaction temperature was 70℃,the ratio of n(hexamethyldisiloxane)∶n(diphenyl silicon glycol) was 1.1,using methylcyclohexane as solvent,and the amount was 50% of the total mass of glycol and hexamethyldisiloxane,the reaction time was 120 min.
