Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) are new type of porous polymer materials.Their discovery and development are considered as one of the most important chemical breakthroughs in recent decades.Zr-MOFs materials are one of the important branches of metal organic framework materials.They have outstanding stability and comprehensive functional applications in many other fields,such as catalysis,adsorption,sensing and photocatalysis.Therefor the classification,synthesis and application in gas storage,adsorption and photocatalysis of Zr MOFs were introduced.The development of Zr MOFs were also prospected.
