Research of preparation and property of soluble colorless and transparent PI film

Abstract

Using 4,4'-diamino-2,2'-bistrifluoromethylbiphenyl (TFDB) and 4,4'-biphenyl ether dianhydride (ODPA) as monomer,the polymerization through different imidization methods to prepare three colorless transparent PI film,and characterized the products.The results shown that the performance of the colorless transparent PI film obtained by chemical imidization was superior to that obtained by thermal imidization in all aspects.PI-03 film had better performance,such as glass transition temperature was 273.96℃,thermal weight loss was 590.88℃(5%),thermal expansion coefficient reached 24.99ppm/K,yellow index was 1.8,and it had better solubility.
