Preparation and gas separation performance of UiO-66 mixed matrix membrane

Abstract

UiO-66,UiO-66-NH2,UiO-66-(COOH)2 and other UiO-66-X materials were prepared by solvothermal method.UiO-66-X was added as a filler to the PSF substrate.A phase-inversion method was used to prepare a mixed matrix film (UiO-66-X/PSF).UiO-66-X and UiO-66-X/PSF were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TG,nitrogen adsorption and other testing methods.The effects of different addition amounts of UiO-66-X,different test pressures,and different mixed gas composition on gas permeability and selectivity were explored,which provided a feasible idea for industrial waste gas treatment.
