The sulfonated metal-organic framework material MIL-101(Cr)-SO3H was successfully introduced into sulfonated polyarylethersulfone with cardo (SPES-C) to prepare SPES-C/MIL-101(Cr)-SO3H hybrid membranes with different loadings and used for pervaporation dehydration of acetic acid.The hybrid membranes had no obvious defects.The introduction of MIL-101(Cr)-SO3H improved the hydrophilicity and the free volume parameter of the hybrid membranes.With the increase of MIL-101(Cr)-SO3H loading,the permeation fluxes of hybrid membranes increased,while the separation factors increased first and then decreased.When MIL-101(Cr)-SO3H loading was less than 30%,the “anti-trade-off” effect appeared between the permeation flux and separation factor.
