Polyaniline (PANI)/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composites were prepared by solution method in DMSO with PANI and PVDF.The phase composition and microstructure of the composites were analyzed by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The effects of DMSO solution solubility,the blending ratio of PANI and PVDF (VPANI/VPVDF) on the dielectric properties of the composites were researched.The results shown that compared with the melt blending method,the PANI/PVDF blend prepared by the solution method was more beneficial to the formation of β crystal.When the concentration of DMSO solution was 5wt%,VPANI∶VPVDF was 80∶20,the dielectric constant (ε) of the composite was 943 (103Hz),and the dielectric loss (tan δ) was 4.1.
