The stability of the plastics industry is dependent on the development of the industry,and the chemical industry,which has been frequently involved in accidents,has experienced frequent incidents such as natural disasters,man-made accidents and social incidents.The plastics industry supply network has caused great damage.The production and supply characteristics of the plastics industry were analyzed,and selected multiple factors to construct an resilient supply evaluation system.Intuitionistic fuzzy numbers were applied to describe the uncertainty information in the evaluation attributes,and applied the Hamming distance combined with the intuitionistic fuzzy number TOPSIS method to complete the resilience supplier selection.Through case verification,this evaluation decision model can simplify the decision-making process and improved the practical effect while ensuring the scientific and effective decision-making results.
