The adhesive and self-healing KGM/PVA/PMMS hydrogel was prepared by pH induction and freeze-thaw aqueous mixture of konjac glucomannan (KGM),polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),and Poly(MMA/MAA)/SiO2 micelles (PMMS).And KGM/PVA/PMMS was enhanced by the calcium chloride and boric acid.The results showed that the purpose of adjusting the performance of KGM/PVA/PMMS can be achieved by changing the pH of the system during preparation.At pH=7.50,the rheological properties of the hydrogel were the best.The self-healing and adhesion strength of the hydrogel were characterized by universal sample machine.In addition,the cell proliferation rate of KGM/PVA/PMMS was more than 100% when it was used to cultured L929 cells for 24 hours.And the hydrogel sample had the hemolysis rate of less than 5%.It showed that the hydrogel had good biocompatibility,and expected to be further used in the research of wound dressings.
