In view of the present solvent coating volatilize quantity is large,volatile organic substances emissions,the environmental pollution problems is serious,the method of bulk polymerization was adopt with hydroxyl acrylate monomer and acrylic acid ester monomer as raw materials,synthesized hydroxy acrylic resin.and based on methyl acrylate monomers and glycidyl ester of acrylic monomer,synthesized epoxy acrylic resin.Further optimizing isocyanate curing agent,a new type of solvent-free reaction type environmental protection coating with two-component hydroxy acrylic resin was prepared.By electrochemical workstation and neutral salt spray test examined the corrosion resistance of the coating.The heat-resisting performance was investigated using thermogravimetric analyzer.Using fourier transform infrared spectrometer to characterize the chemical structure of the coating,compared the effects of the different types of curing agent on the properties of coating.By scanning electron microscope,observed the microstructure of the coating.The results shown that the corrosion resistance of the prepared film was good and the test time of neutral salt spray can reach 400h.Good heat resistance,300℃ weight loss of about 9%.No cracking or other defects were found after the hardness of the film reached 6H and being boiled by boiling water for 10 hours.The film surface was smooth,and had good adhesion,flexibility,impact resistance and other properties.
