Graphene was prepared by chemical oxidation-reduction method and filled with Fe3O4 to prepare solid lubricating coating.The structure of graphene was characterized by FTTR,XRD and TEM.The heat resistance and tribology properties of coatings were studied by TGA and M-2000 wear tester under dry condition respectively.The results showed that the prepared graphene was a light yarn like translucent sheet structure,and the heat resistance and antifriction and wear resistance of the EP coating could be improved by filling with graphene and Fe3O4,the best total amount of filler was 10%.The larger the amount of graphene was,the more remarkable the friction reduction effect of the coating was,and the Fe3O4 filling also had a synergistic effect.The friction and wear resistance of the coating was the best when they were filled with the same amount.The adhesive wear mechanism of the coating was analyzed.
