Graphene oxide films were prepared by oxidizing graphite to different concentrations of graphene oxide solution,and three different memmel rods were used to prepare graphene films.Characterization was carried out by raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffractometry,infrared spectrometer,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and four-probe resistance meter.The results shown that a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups were introduced on the surface of graphene oxide structure.When the mass concentration of graphene oxide solution was 2%,the graphene film prepared by Meile rod with steel wire diameter of 0.15mm had the best comprehensive performance index.The transmittance (550nm) and square resistance of the film were 80.1% and 6.43kΩ/sq,respectively,and the average thickness of the film was 68.9nm,and the thickness deviation can be controlled at about 10%.The method had simple operation process and low economic cost,and was suitable for batch preparation of graphene transparent conductive film.
