Research progress of ZnO flexible transparent conductive thin film for solar cell

Abstract

As an important thin film material for flexible solar cell,zinc oxide(ZnO) flexible transparent conductive thin film has many advantages,such as abundant sources,friendly environment,easy processing and low cost.It is the most developed flexible transparent conductive thin film material.The research progress of ZnO flexible transparent conductive thin film substrate materials,preparation methods and structural characteristics were reviewed.Its future development prospects were prospected.
