The macromolecular chains were loaded on the inner walls of halloysite nanotubes by the electrostatic interaction between the positive charges on the inner walls of halloysite nanotubes and the negative charges on the polymer molecular chains.Using the loaded macromolecular chain as crosslinking point,the fibrous halloysite nanotube was constructed as a 3D aerogel network by Pickering emulsion method,and the halloysite nanotube aerogel was prepared.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to analyze the microscopic morphology,pore structure and thermal stability of aerogels.The results showed that polysiloxane was loaded by electrostatic force,and the spherical microstructured halloysite aerogel material with micropore and mesoporous structure was successfully prepared by Pickering emulsion method.The material can be used in the fields of building insulation,carrier,environmental purification,etc.
