The polyethersulfone(PES) membrane with sponge-like structure and precise separation performance was prepared by nonsolvent induce phase separation method,and the effects of solid content,glycerin,polyvinylpyrrolidone and acetone content on membrane performance were systematically studied.The results showed that the content of glycerol and polyvinylpyrrolidone could be used to regulate the membrane structure,and realized the preparation of sponge-like membrane.Solid content and acetone content affected the degree of pore density and the metastability of the separation layer respectively.PES membranes with different separation accuracy could be obtained by changing the content of solid and acetone.Furthermore,when the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone was 11.0%~13.0%,and the content of glycerin was 5.0%,the sponge-like structure could be controlled effectively.When the solid content was 16.0%~18.0%,the pore size of the memebrane could be adjusted precisely at 10~200nm by changing the content of acetone in the casting solution.
