Preparation,characterization and bacteriostati property of amino phthalocyanine/heteropoly acid charge transfer complex

Abstract

Four amino phthalocyanine/heteropoly acid charge transfer complex were prepared by charge transfer process at 35℃,while two kinds of amino phthalocyanine and two Keggin-type heteropoly acids were used as raw materials,DMF as solvent.Structure of the complex were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy,thermal stability were inspected by thermogravimetric analysi.The complex were applied in the antibacterial test of different strains to study their bacteriostati property.The results shown that the product was a novel charge-transfer complex connected by chemical bond,and the complex had good thermal stability.It can be seen that the complex α-tetramethylamino cobalt phthalocyanine/phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid had a good inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis.
