Abstract

A new glucose biosensor based on Ag nanoparticles,graphene,polyaniline (PANI) and glucose oxidase(GOD) modified electrode was prepared.The electrochemical behavior of the biosensor was investigated by UV-Vis spectra,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry method.The performances of the biosensor were observed by the applied potential,pH value and concentration of GOD.The results indicated that the biosensor possessed high catalytic activity.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the current was linear with the concentration of glucose in the range from 5×10-6 to 3.2×10-4mol/L,with a detection limit of 6.65×10-6mol/L (S/N=3) and a correlation coefficient of 0.998.
