Preparation and thermal property of composite phase change material with different support

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of liquid phase leakage in phase change materials during phase transition,the phase change material was encapsulated into different carriers (diatomite,bentonite,expanded perlite) by direct impregnation,prepared composite phase change materials with different carriers.The materials were characterized by SEM,XRD,DSC FT-IR,etc.The results shown:the materials also had a high calorific value,and the phase transition enthalpy was 112.00J/g,91.49J/g,and 120.52J/g,respectively,the proportion of the materials in saturated adsorption was 67.29%,54.98%,and 72.41%,respectively.And comprehensive comparison of the materials with different carriers,choose EP as the best cost-effective carrier material.
