Expended graphite(EG)/barium hydroxide octahydrate (Ba(OH)2·8H2O) composite phase change material was prepared with porous adsorption method,and investigated the surpercooling and thermal cycle stability of the material.The result indicated that adjusting the content of EG was an effective way to reduce supercooling and improve thermal cycle stability of the material.After investigating the effects of five different contents of EG of 5%,7%,10%,15%,20% on the supercooling and thermal cycle stability of the materials,and the results shown that 7% of EG can reduce supercooling to 1℃.After thermal cycles of 100,300,400,500,the supercooling change less than 5℃,and the thermal cycle stability was very well.
