The modification of epoxy resin with silicone not only makes the resin have excellent toughness,oxidation resistance and thermal stability,but also produces better economic benefits,and showing broad application prospects and great development value in many fields.The research status and modification mechanism of silicone modified EP were introduced from two aspects:physical blending and chemical copolymerization modification.
