To meet a demand of epoxy resin system for wet winding and its casting in curing system,a high performance wet wound epoxy resin was prepared by using multifunctional epoxy resin and aromatic amine curing agent.The curing behavior of the resin was studied by using non-isothermal curing model and gel model system,and the casting properties of the solidified system were clarified.The resin matrix of the system had the characteristics of low viscosity,long application period and satisfying the technical requirements of wet winding molding on the resin system.Based on this,carbon fiber (T700-S) was used as the reinforced material to prepare carbon fiber composites.NOL ring and one-way plate had excellent mechanical properties.The tensile strength of NOL ring was 2674MPa,the tensile modulus was 173GPa and the shear strength was 68.2MPa.Its unidirectional plate tensile strength was 2412MPa,tensile modulus was 154GPa,shear strength was 74.5MPa.
