Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers with different diameters were obtained by adjusting the pump supply and spinneret pore size.The solvent content and its radial distribution of PAN nascent fibers were quantitatively characterized by NMR and EPMA,and the crystal structure of PAN fibers was characterized by XRD.The results shown that with the diameter increase of PAN nascent fibers,the solvent content in the fiber increased and the crystallinity decreased.When the diameter of the fiber increased to more than 95μ m,the solvent distribution in the radial direction of PAN nascent fiber was uneven,with more in the core of nascent fibers and less in the surface of nascent fibers.
