Polyurethane(PU) elastomers were prepared by polyglycol as the soft segments,and MDI and IPDI as the hard segments.PNAGA/PU elastomers were prepared by in-situ polymerization of NAGA in the polyurethane matrix using photo-initiation.The mechanical properties test showed that PNAGA/PUPTMG-2000-3∶1 had higher mechanical properties.The results indicated that multiple hydrogen bonds could increase the interactions between polymer chains.The repair efficiency of the self-healing elastomer based on dynamic hydrogen bonds can reach 90%.Moreover,the PU elastomer cost less work to overcome internal friction,and the elastomer had better fatigue resistance due to chain segment rearrangement.
