Polysiloxane-acrylic nano elastic resin with core-shell structure and diameter of 100~200nm were prepared by emulsion polymerization using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4),γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570),butyl acrylate(BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as raw materials.The FT-IR,TEM and laser particle size tests of core-shell acrylic resin modified by polysiloxane were carried out and the effects of emulsifier,reaction time and dosage of silane coupling agent on the emulsion particles were investigated.The results shown that when the hydrolysis reaction time of silicone monomer was 12.0h,the dosage of polysiloxane emulsion was 3.0wt%,and the dosage of silane coupling agent was 6.0wt%,the stability and conversion rate of emulsion were higher.After blending with PVC resin,the impact resistance of PVC resin at room temperature and low temperature could be obviously improved.
