Recent progress on semi-alicyclic CPI film with low coefficient of thermal expansion

Abstract

The recent research and development of the semi-alicyclic colorless and transparent (CPI) films were reviewed.Several aspects,including the developing history,structural classification,the property disadvantages,and the corresponding functionalization were mainly presented.Particularly,the functionalization of the semi-alicyclic CPI films in the direction of decreasing the coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) was emphatically introduced.At last,the future developing trends of semi-alicyclic CPI film were prospected based on the corresponding basic and industrial research in CUGB.
