Microwave sintered silver electrodes were studied with or without auxiliary sintering,different doping amounts of graphene in silver paste,sintering power,and matrix materials.The results shown that the sintering time can be shortened by using SiC-assisted sintering and doping a small amount of graphene into the silver paste.The resistance of the silver electrode obtained when the sintering power was 1000W was the smallest,which was 28.11mΩ,and the adhesion was the best 1.97kg.The sintering peak temperature had a certain effect on the microwave sintering effect.
