摘要
为评价蓄盐类沥青混合料路用性能与融冰特性,采用等体积置换法设计沥青混合料配合比,探究抗凝冰材料掺量对混合料路用性能与融冰性能的影响,提出合理的掺量范围。结果表明:蓄盐类抗凝冰材料的添加对沥青混合料路用性能有所降低,但在一定掺量范围内满足规范要求。蓄盐类抗凝冰材料通过降低冰点达到主动融冰作用,并且随着掺量的增加,混合料融冰性能越好。综合考虑蓄盐沥青混合料的路用性能与融冰性能,提出蓄盐类抗凝冰剂合理掺量范围为4%~6%。
Abstract
In order to evaluate the road performance and ice melting characteristics of salt-preserving asphalt mixture,the mixing ratio of asphalt mixture was designed by equal volume replacement method,and the influence of the amount of anti-condensation material on the road performance and melting performance of the mixture was explored.The reasonable range of the dosage was put forward.The results shown that the addition of salt-preserving anti-condensation material reduced the road performance of asphalt mixture,but it met the specification requirements within a certain dosage range.The salt-preserving anti-condensation material achieved active ice melting by lowering the freezing point,and as the amount of the salt increased,the ice melting performance of the mixture was better.Considering the road performance and ice melting performance of the mixture,it was proposed that the reasonable amount of salt-preserving anti-icing agent was 4%~6%.
