摘要

通过超声分散官能化石墨烯及聚硅氧烷溶胶得到石墨烯浆料,并与环氧乳液、无机填料、成膜助剂等逐步分散,得到一款具有良好防腐、高效散热效果的新型功能涂料,能够显著提升户外散热设备的能源利用率与使用寿命。

Abstract

The graphene slurry was obtained through ultrasonic dispersion of functional graphene and polysiloxane sol,and gradually dispersed with epoxy emulsion,inorganic filler,film-forming agent,etc.,to obtain a new functional coating with good anti-corrosion and efficient heat dissipation effect,which can significantly improve the energy efficiency and service life of outdoor heat dissipation equipment.
