制备了复合材料泡沫夹层结构板-芯缺陷试样,并对板-芯缺陷试样进行挖补修补。通过使用雕刻机和手工打磨工具将缺陷区域打磨出45°的楔形角,打磨完成后铺放EA9696胶膜和预浸料补片,利用热修补仪将挖补修补后的区域进行加热固化,并对挖补修补完成后的复合材料夹层结构试样进行了无损检测、力学性能测试以及微观结构分析。结果表明:挖补修补后的试样拉伸强度恢复率达到90%以上,弯曲强度恢复率达到87%以上,试样修补区域的胶膜、预浸料补片以及泡沫芯材间胶接质量良好。
The skin-core flaw samples of composite foam sandwich were prepared,and the samples were repaired by means of scarf repair.Polished out wedge angle of 45 degrees with hand tools and engraving machine.The EA9696 adhesive film and prepreg patch were laid in the repair area.Mechanical property,nondestructive testing and microstructure analysis of the repaired samples were carried out.The results showed that,the recovery rate of repaired samples tensile strength was more than 90%,the recovery rate of bending strength was more than 87%.This was a good combination between film,prepreg patch and foam core material.
