摘要
通过对配合体系的探究,构建以硫载体二硫化二己内酰胺(DTDC)、硫化促进剂、硅烷偶联剂及硫磺为主体的新型平衡硫化体系;软丁腈橡胶(N41)应用这种新型的平衡硫化体系,拉伸强度最好可达29MPa,断裂伸长率超过500%,通过改变促进剂、硫磺和DTDC用量,分析各项物理机械性能,比较不同硫化体系下的动态性能,探究这种平衡硫化体系在软丁腈橡胶中的应用。
Abstract
Through the exploration of the complex system,a new balanced vulcanization system based on sulfur carrier (DTDC),vulcanization accelerator,silane coupling agent,and sulfur was constructed.Soft NBR (N41) applied this new type of equilibrium vulcanization system,its vulcanizate had a shore hardness of around 72.The best tensile strength was 29MPa and elongation at break was above 500%.By changing the amount of accelerator,sulfur and DTDC,various physical and mechanical properties were analysed,compared dynamic properties in different vulcanization systems,and explored the application of this balanced vulcanization system in soft NBR.
