设计并合成了一种三联吡啶和铜离子的配合物,该配合物能够作为荧光增强型探针对硫离子进行选择性检测,且具有良好水溶性,检测限达到10-7mol/L。通过核磁氢谱和元素分析对三联吡啶配体的结构进行了表征。其检测机理是在探针溶液中逐渐加入硫离子的过程中,硫离子与铜离子形成硫化铜,从而破坏了铜配合物的结构,使得三联吡啶配体的荧光得以恢复。该探针有望应用于生物体内和环境中H2S等含硫物质的荧光检测。
A complex of tripyridine and copper ion was designed and synthesized.The complex can be used as a fluorescence-enhanced probe for selective detection of sulfur ion.The detection limit was 10-7mol/L.The structure of tripyridine ligand was characterized by NMR and elemental analysis.The detection mechanism was that sulfur ions and copper ions formed copper sulfide in the process of gradually adding sulfur ions into the probe solution,which destroyed the structure of copper complex and then the fluorescence of tripyridine was restored.The probe was expected to be applied to fluorescence detection of sulfur compounds such as H2S in organism and environment.
