摘要

以香蕉皮为底物,冰乙酸为反应溶剂,N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)为催化剂,采用酯化改性的方法制备有良好吸附功能的环境友好吸油材料,为农业废弃物再利用的可行性提供事实依据。实验对影响酯化改性的条件进行了系统性的研究,并采取正交试验探索出材料最优的制备条件。结果表明,在固液比为1∶40、催化剂含量为 5g/mL、反应时间为4h和反应温度100℃时,改性香蕉皮吸附油量可提升4倍以上。对酯化改性前后材料进行SEM、FT-IR表征,观察到改性后的材料粗糙的表面为油分子的吸附提供了合适的结合位点,乙酰基特征峰的出现说明香蕉皮成功发生了酯化反应。

Abstract

A modified banana peel had excellent sorption capacity and environmentally friendly capacity was developed by esterification modification method with waste banana peel as substrate,glacial acetic acid as modifier,N-bromosuccinimide as catalyst.This method provided a factual basis for the feasibility of agricultural waste recycling.The experiment systematically researched the conditions affecting the esterification modification.And more,orthogonal experiments were carried out to explore the optimal preparation conditions of the materials.The results shown that the oil adsorption capacity of the material can be increased by more than 4 times when the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶40,the catalyst mass fraction was 5g/mL,the reaction time was 4h,and the reaction temperature was 100℃.Furthermore,the banana peel before and after modification were characterized by BET and FT-IR.Rougher surface and appearance of acetyl group of characteristic peak after esterification showed the feasibility of esterification modification of banana peel.
