The low surface energy silicone resin was used as the film-forming substrate,and the HNTs/TiO2 composite aerogel was used as the filler.The HNTs-TiO2 aerogel/silicone resin functional coating was prepared by spraying process.The microscopic morphology and hydrophobic effect of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and water tentacometry (WAC).The photocatalysis of the coating was studied by simulating the pollutants with formaldehyde solution.The results showed that when the mass ratio of silicone resin to HNTs-TiO2 composite aerogel was 100∶3,the contact angle (CA) reached 156°,the rolling angle (SA) was 3°,and it had good super-hydrophobicity.When the mass ratio of silicone resin to HNTs-TiO2 composite aerogel was 100∶3,the degradation rate of formaldehyde reached 55% within 30min.
