以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、四甲基二硅氧烷、烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,合成了乙烯基笼型聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)和1,1,3,3-四甲基-二硅氧烷-丙基缩水甘油醚。2种中间体进一步反应,合成了一种新型环氧基POSS。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪表征了环氧基POSS的结构,证明成功制备了产物;利用流变仪、热重分析仪研究了产物的流变行为以及热性能。结果表明,合成的环氧基POSS是牛顿流体,黏度低且具有良好的耐热性。
Vinyl trimethoxysilane,tetramethyldisiloxane and allyl glycidyl ether were used as raw materials to synthesize vinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxane propyl glycidyl ether (TDPGE).The two intermediates were further reacted to synthesize a novel epoxy-functionalized POSS.The chemical composition of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The rheological behavior and thermal properties of the product was investigated by rheometer and TGA.The results shown that the synthesized epoxy POSS was a newtonian fluid with low viscosity and good heat resistance.
