采用自制有机蒙脱土复合材料(OMMT-IFR)、正硅酸乙酯与降解壳聚糖为原料制备新型杂化硅溶胶复合材料(SG-1、SG-2),对其进行傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射光谱、X-射线光电子能谱表征。将其用于亚麻装饰布阻燃整理,对整理后织物进行续燃时间、阴燃时间、损毁长度、白度和织物断裂强力等性能测试,并确定其最佳制备条件。实验结果表明,经SG-2阻燃整理后的亚麻装饰布的阻燃性能较好,续燃时间为4.1s、阴燃时间为0.4s、损毁长度为139mm,符合GB/T 17591—2006 B1级标准。
A new hybrid silica sol composites(SG-1、SG-2) was preparated by organic montmorillonite composite,ethyl orthosilicate and degraded chitosan.And the sol were characterized by fourier Infrared spectral,X-ray diffraction spectrum and XPS.SG-1 and SG-2 were used in the flame retardant finishing on linen fabric.The afterflame time,smoldering time,white degree and fabric breaking strength were determined,shown the influence on linen fabric in the flame retardant finishing.And the better preparation conditions was determined.The results shown that the flame retardant finishing's linen fabric had a best flame retardation that the afterflame time was 4.1s,the smoldering time was 0.4s,the damaged length was 139mm.Conformed to GB/T 17591—2006 B1 standard.
