摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了混杂邻菲罗啉铜配合物的复合氧化铝填料,并对其进行表面处理,与ABS树脂熔融共混后,探究复合氧化铝填料对ABS的导热性、热膨胀性、热稳定性、耐热性的影响,并与市售氧化铝组分对比。结果表明,在相同填充量下,复合氧化铝填料能有效提高ABS材料的导热性及耐热性,并且能保持良好的热膨胀性及热稳定性,当邻菲罗啉铜含量为4%时,综合热学性能最佳;复合氧化铝填料经表面处理后,各项热学性能均有明显提高。
Abstract
The composite Al2O3 filler with hybrid Cu(phen)2Cl2 complex was prepared by sol-gel method,and it was surface treated and melt blended with ABS resin to investigate the effect of composite filler on thermal conductivity,thermal expansion,thermal stability,heat resistance of ABS,and compared with the saled Al2O3 components.The results showed that the filler can effectively improve the thermal conductivity and heat resistance of ABS materials under the same filling amount,also can maintain good thermal expansion and thermal stability,and the best comprehensive thermal performance when the Cu(phen)2Cl2 content was 4%.After the surface treatment of the filler,the thermal properties of the composite fillers were significantly improved.
