摘要

为改善复合铝热剂应用方式,将复合铝热剂胶体化,使复合铝热剂胶体具有粘结性、可塑性及良好的燃烧性能。胶体采用液体丁腈橡胶(NBR)作为胶体粘结剂的基体,硝酸钾(KNO3)作为添加剂。将不同质量配合比的NBR与KNO3进行燃烧,采用XRD对橡胶燃烧产物进行分析,通过燃烧现象与燃烧产物确定NBR与KNO3最佳质量配合比为4∶3。为使液体NBR拥有良好的流动性及燃烧性能,对橡胶稀释剂进行了筛选,确定火棉胶(NC)为橡胶最佳稀释剂,橡胶/KNO3混合物与火棉胶的最佳质量配合比为1∶1条件下,制得的复合铝热剂胶体燃烧时间适中,燃烧时间为27s,燃烧速度平稳、燃烧完全,具有较好的燃烧性能。

Abstract

In order to improve the application method of composite aluminum heat agent,the compound aluminum heat agent was colloidized,so that the composite aluminum heat agent colloid had adhesiveness,plasticity and good combustion performance.The colloids used liquid nitrile rubber(NBR) as the matrix for the colloidal binder,KNO3 as the additive.The mass ratio of nitrile rubber and KNO3 was measured by burning.XRD was used to analyze the rubber combustion products.The best mass ratio was determined to be 4∶3 by the combustion phenomenon and combustion products.In order to make the liquid nitrile rubber had good fluidity and combustion properties,the thinner was screened.And the best choice of the diluent for the rubber was collodion(NC).The best mass ratio of the rubber-KNO3 mixture to the collodion was 1∶1.The combustion time was 27 seconds,the combustion speed was stable,the combustion was complete,and the combustion performance was good.
