摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(GO4)为改性单体,采用核壳乳液聚合工艺合成有机氟改性的苯丙乳液。研究了改性剂用量、乳化剂用量及其配合比、引发剂用量对单体转化率等综合性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用有机氟改性的苯丙乳液涂层性能明显提高。在改性剂(甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,GO4)用量为6%(wt,质量分数),混合乳化剂(由OP-10∶SDS的质量配合比为1∶3组成)用量为8%(wt,质量分数),引发剂(过硫酸铵)用量为0.8%(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的氟改性苯丙乳液的粒子大小均一,呈规则球形,为黑核白边的核壳结构,氟改性苯丙乳液的单体的转化率达到97.08%。
Abstract
The organofluorine-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by a core-shell emulsion polymerization process using dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (GO4) as a modified monomer.The effects of modifier dosage,emulsifier dosage and its blending ratio,initiator dosage on monomer conversion rate and other comprehensive properties were studied.Study shown that the performance of styrene-acrylic emulsion coatings modified with organic fluorine was significantly improved.When modifier (dodecyl heptyl methacrylate,GO4) usage was 6% (wt,mass fraction),mixed emulsifier (combined by OP-10∶SDS mass ratio of 1∶3) was 8% (wt,mass fraction),and the initiator ammonium persulfate usage was 0.8% (wt,mass fraction),the particle size of the emulsion was uniform rules and spherical.The emulsion had black core-shell structure with white lace,the monomer conversion rate of the emulsion reached 97.08%.
