摘要

以高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)和环氧型丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)为原料,采用双螺杆挤出机和注塑加工成型工艺制备了耐高温、耐油、综合力学性能优异的高聚合度聚氯乙烯/丙烯酸酯橡胶热塑性弹性体(HPVC/ACM-TPE),并用氯乙烯-g-丙烯酸酯共聚物(VC-g-AC)对HPVC/ACM-TPE的界面相容性进行改性。研究了VC-g-AC用量对复合材料力学性能和热性能的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜观察材料的冲击断面形貌。结果表明:HPVC/ACM-TPE复合材料较传统聚氯乙烯材料在耐油、耐高温性能方面有很大提高,在耐高温、耐油等要求较高的油矿、电缆等领域有较大的应用潜力。

Abstract

Polyvinyl chloride with high degree polymerization(HPVC) and epoxy acrylic rubber were used to prepare high degree of polymerization polyvinyl chloride/acrylate rubber thermoplastic elastomer(HPVC/ACM-TPE),which had a series of excellent properties such as high temperature resistance,oil resistance and good comprehensive mechanical property.And the using of vinyl chloride-g-acrylic acid copolymers(VC-g-AC) improved the interfacial compatibility of HPVC/ACM-TPE.The processing technology used a twin-screw extruder to prepare the composite material and the injection molding machine processed the molding.The influence of VC-g-AC on the physical and mechanical properties and the thermal properties of the material were investigated.The impact section of the material was observed by SEM.Compared with traditional PVC,HPVC/ACM-TPE composites had great improvement in oil resistance and high temperature resistance,and had great application potential in high temperature and oil resistance fields such as oil mines and cables.
