摘要

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇(N210)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)及1-(2,3-二羟基)丙氨基蒽醌(RDAQ)等为原料,采用逐步聚合法合成了一种红色蒽醌型聚氨酯(PU-RDAQ)乳液。研究了每步的扩链反应程度与反应时间的关系,考察了工艺条件对乳液胶体性质的影响,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和紫外-可见光谱对PU-RDAQ乳液进行了表征、分析。结果表明:三步扩链反应的时间分别为2h、3h、2h,在异氰酸基NCO与羟基OH摩尔比为1.2~1.7、DMPA质量分数为4%~6%、理论固含量小于35%(质量分数)、相反转温度为25℃条件下,可以制备稳定的PU-RDAQ乳液。PU-RDAQ与RDAQ具有相同的最大吸收波长(506.8nm)。

Abstract

A kind of red anthraquinone polyurethane (PU-RDAQ)emulsion was fabricated using IPDI,N210,DMPA,RDAQ and so on as raw materials by stepwise polymerization.The relationship between chain expansion reaction extent and reaction time of each step was researched and effects of series of processes on emulsion colloidal properties were investigated.Finally,the PU-RDAQ was verified through the FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra analysis of the PU films.Results showed that the reaction times of the three chain expansion reaction steps were 2h,3h and 2h,respectively.And stable PU-RDAQ could be obtained under these conditions including molar ratio of isocyanate groups NCO and hydroxyl groups OH(1.2~1.7),DMPA amount (4~6wt%),solid content (below 35%) and phase inversion temperature (25℃).Both RDAQ and PU-RDAQ had the same λmax(506.8nm).
