摘要
在热致相分离法膜制备过程中,采用亲水改性剂对聚丙烯(PP)分离膜进行共混亲水改性,研究了混合稀释剂组成、改性剂含量和制膜温度对膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:混合稀释剂中豆油质量分数为80%时PP膜具有均匀贯通的膜孔,铸膜液中改性剂质量分数为5%时分离膜具有良好的亲水性和膜孔渗透性。优化芯液温度和纺丝温度,改性PP中空纤维膜的初始水通量可以达到1276L/(m2·h)。
Abstract
In processing of membrane preparation by thermal-induced phase separation method,polypropylene(PP) separation membranes were modified by blending hydrophilic modifier.The effects of composite of mixed diluents,modifier content and temperature of membrane preparation on membrane structure and properties were studied.The study indicated that PP membrane had uniform and connected micro-pores,as the soybean oil content in mixed diluents was 80%.The separation membrane had good hydrophilicity and permeation when the content of modifier in casting solution was 5%.After the optimization of temperature of bore fluid and spinning temperature,the initial water flux of PP hollow fiber membranes modified by hydrophilic agent reached 1276L/(m2·h).
