石墨烯与附着力强、成膜性好的树脂结合可制备防腐性能优异的石墨烯复合涂料。不同的石墨烯加入量及树脂种类,都会影响复合涂料的性能,特别是其电学性能和防腐性能。简单介绍石墨烯与环氧树脂、聚苯胺树脂的复合制备方法,并对复合涂料的性能表征进行分析总结,阐述了石墨烯复合防腐涂料的关键技术与最新进展,以期对后续的研究提供新的思路。
Graphene was combined with strong adhesion and good film forming resin to prepare a composite coating with excellent anticorrosion properties.Different amounts of graphene or different types of resin will affect the properties of coatings,especially its electrical properties and corrosion resistance.The composite preparation method of graphene with epoxy resin and polyaniline resin were briefly introduced,then analyzed the performance characterization.The key technologies and latest developments of graphene composite anticorrosive coatings wrer expounded in order to provide new direction for subsequent research.
