设计了一种3D打印用碳纤维/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)复合材料,此材料具有质轻、高强的特点。采用自制碳纤维上浆剂对碳纤维集束性和表面浸润性进行改进,可以使碳纤维与ABS树脂有良好的结合性。选用高流动的ABS树脂,并优选表面相容剂和润滑剂可以降低碳纤维/ABS复合物的表面粗糙性。这种质轻高强的碳纤维/ABS复合材料更适用于连续的3D打印。
A carbon fiber/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) composite for 3D printing was designed.Carbon fiber and ABS resin can be well bonded after the carbon fiber were soak in self-made carbon fiber sizing agent,which improving the strand integrity and surface wettability.High flow ABS resin was selected,and surface compatibilizer and lubricant were optimized to reduce the roughness of the composites.This composite with light weight and high strengthwa was more suitable for continuous 3D printing.
