摘要

采用Fe3O4负载对石墨烯进行改性,并制备了石墨烯/丁腈橡胶复合材料。结果表明:石墨烯成功负载在Fe3O4表面,其堆叠结构得到一定程度修饰;改性石墨烯与丁腈橡胶基体相容性好,并具有高效的增强效应;复合胶料的储能模量增加,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)向高温移动,其磁效应与超顺磁材料相似。

Abstract

Graphene-NBR composites were prepared by modifying the graphene with Fe3O4.The results showed that graphene was successfully loaded onto Fe3O4 surface,and its stack structure was modified.The modified graphene had good compatibility with the NBR matrix and had enhanced effect.The energy storage modulus of compound adhesive increased,Tg moved to high temperature,and its magnetic effect was similar to that of superparamagnetic materials.Its magnetic effect was similar to that of superparamagnetic material.
