摘要

通过直接共混法制备了白炭黑/氢化丁腈橡胶/丁腈橡胶(WCB/HNBR/NBR)耐热密封复合材料,研究了不同HNBR/NBR共混比、不同硫化体系对复合材料力学性能、压缩永久变形、耐油性能、耐热性能的影响。结果表明,当WCB/HNBR/NBR为30/25/75,在过氧化物/硫磺的共硫化体系下,复合材料综合性能最好,硬度、拉伸强度、压缩永久变形、150℃热空气老化后拉伸强度、浸油后体积变化率分别为58(邵A)、20.97MPa、12%、6.92MPa、11%;随着HNBR用量的增加,复合材料的耐热性能提高,而耐油性和压缩永久变形变化不大;在过氧化物/硫磺的共硫化体系下,复合材料的耐热性、耐油性、压缩永久变形、力学性能都较优异。

Abstract

The heat-resisting sealing composites of white carbon black(WCB)/hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)/nitrile rubber(NBR) was prepared by mechanical blending method,and effects of different HNBR/NBR blend ratio,different curing systems on the mechanical properties,compression set,oil resistance,heat resistance (150℃)of the composites were studied.The results showed that,when the WCB/HNBR/NBR blend rate was 30/25/75,curing system was peroxide/sulfur,the properties of composites were the best.Its hardness,tensile strength,compression set,tensile strength after hot air aging test,and volume change rate after immersion oil were 58(share A),20.97MPa,12%,6.92MPa,11% respectively.As the increase of the amount of HNBR,the heat resistance was improved,and the oil resistance and compression set had a little chang.The heat resistance,oil resistance,compression permanent set and mechanical properties of the composites by cocuring system of peroxide/sulfur were excellent.
